    I bought a 3 quarter Slumberland base set from this store and after a week of sleeping on it, the mattress is sinking. I logged a complaint with the store and the Slumberland people called me to tell me that I need to rotate the mattress 😳. I can't believe this! Fighting for a full refund now! I was then called by the store to say that they will refund me for the mattress only which they will collect for a fee of R350! So I need to pay for them to refund me for something that they sold me that was defective. The customer service is really terrible and they will pull all kinds of tricks to not refund you for the defective item! I truly regret purchasing from them! They gave me a second mattress and the same thing happened! Now I have to arrange to drop the mattress off at their store to get e refund or pay them R250 to collect it to get a refund. I also have to wait 10 working days to get my money back. I now need to wait for the money to be refunded so that I can purchase a new one. They are the worst!!!

    Ordered a recliner on March 26 online. More than 6 weeks later, no delivery or communication or update at all. Calling the online number results in an interminable hold, followed by call hang up. I have no way to receiver order status or delivery date. Disgraceful service.

    What a breath of fresh air to receive such amazing service in the retail industry these days. Helen & Dustin are outstanding. Great experience - would recommend!
