I just received an order from INH Baby SA for my firstborn and the quality of service and products are really top-notch. Our order came in a partial batch and we thought that perhaps it may have not been packed, so I decided to call INH Baby SA and in less than 2 minutes my query was resolved and I was notified that the rest of the order will arrive with another courier later today. I'll definitely be purchasing more products from INH Baby SA.

We went to the store to purchase an electric ride on car for children. The staff were very helpful. When I asked about the warranty on the product the staff said there was no warranty. I then called the owner of the store, Raees who was absolutely rude. When I asked him why there is no warranty on the product, he said I was not obligated to purchase it. Under South African Law consumers are protected against unscrupulous business owners like Raees. Tte Consumer Protection Act gives consumers a 6 month warranty on items that have a manufacturers defect. I’m happy not to have spent my money at this store.

Bought online but they did not have what what advertised online had to ask for refund. Dissapointed!!!

Very disappointed. I purchased a “superwood” cupboard online for R4,000, but it turned out to be flimsy presswood and feels unstable. Had to also assemble it ourselves.
