My ram and sd card was stolen in this establishment when I took my laptop to get fixed. I asked them for footage till today months later they have not called me back after promising to open an enquiry.

I have been waiting for three weeks without any updates on my laptop in Sandton. Every time I call, I'm told someone will call me back, but no one ever does. The lack of communication and follow-up has been very disappointing.

I have been battling to get HP Store in Sandton to assist with my query until Ryno took over. Now, I have realised that my calls do not go through to their phone number. It seems like it's blocked at this point, because I can call anyone else and get through except HP in Sandton. This is disgusting for such a big company.
