    Purchased a wig for R4000.00 and the wig looks and feels very cheap. I regret it.

    Booked for a wig and installation at the salon and I had to get free make up glam but only to find out on the day that the make up artist is not available and I had my birthday celebration that day, had to go do make up somewhere else whilst I didn’t budget for that! Disappointing

    From a 5 star experience to a 1 star experience. As we’re speaking the staff is on a call with their friends and my appointment was set to 1 hour ago. No respect for the clients. They are running the business down. Whoever was on the job today especially the dark skinned man, doesn’t not care at all about his work or how he represents the company

    Went in the first time for a Mizani relax, and left looking like a dark and lovely relax. I complained and the manager was kind enough to apologise and give me a complimentary treatment. I waited 20min for my appointment in an em pty salon. It wasn’t the best end product but the lady has engaged and really tried, 7/10 better than the last time but I will stick to my hairstylist. Would I go back? no! Would I recommend it? No
