Ordered online and the sales associate was friendly and professional through out the whole process. There was a bit of an issue, I felt, with communication as I had to be the one mostly doing follow ups but overall good service.

Terrible service. After waiting 6 weeks for my order, I was told I needed to wait another 6 - 8 weeks for my order to arrive because the supplier 'forgot' to add my order. I've asked for a refund on my deposit, yet still to receive it. It's been a week since I sent my details requesting my refund. Seemed like a good company at first but now it's turned into a big disappointing mess.

They are competent they know what they are doing, their service is just something else and I will always be grateful for being served in the way they did.
