    I recently purchased an Infinity Ring from Gems & Stuff, and honestly, the entire experience has been absolutely beautiful from start to finish. From the moment I placed my order, I was kept informed throughout the process. Imaan, my consultant, was absolutely wonderful, kind, professional, responsive and so helpful. She communicated with me every step of the way and made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. The website states that the jewellery takes approximately 5 weeks to make from scratch, and they were true to their word. I actually appreciated knowing that my ring was being made specifically for me rather than simply being taken off a shelf. Once it was ready, the delivery process was quick and seamless. And then came the packaging… WOW! 😍 It was elegant, thoughtful and beautifully presented. You can genuinely feel the care that went into every little detail. Opening the package made me feel so special, and it made receiving the ring even more memorable. The attention to detail is honestly something worth mentioning. The ring itself is beautiful, but what really stood out for me was the professionalism, communication, attention to detail and overall customer experience. Gems & Stuff has definitely gained a loyal customer in me. I would recommend them all day, every day to anyone looking for beautiful, thoughtfully made jewellery and a company that genuinely cares about its customers.     My wedding band from Gems and Stuff (silver with moissanite stones) was beautiful at first, and I loved it. Over time, though, the finish started coming off after about six to eight months, and unfortunately at 18 months the band snapped. It's really sad to have my wedding ring break so soon. I'd hoped it would last for years.
