I went to Game, N1 city today. There was a female supervisor with a ponytail who was extremely rude. At the till the kettle did not scan the correct price, when the supervisor came..there was no “hello” when the cashier explained that the price needs to be fixed all the said was “why” in a tone that makes it seem like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. When she eventually came back, she did not address us ..she fixed the price and walked away. I had to reach out and say thank you and I got a pleasure with a dirty look in return. I eventually told the cashier that I pray for him to get a better supervisor because if she can treat a customer like that I can’t imagine how she would treat staff.

My main issue is all that staff on the floor but there’s usually only 1 person available. For example the RCS lady Fadeerah is so rude omg. Like if you don’t want your job just quit. The fact that you’re searched upon exiting as well when there no disclaimer that by you entering the premises you give them the right to search you. That’s not on
