Terrible customer service. I made an order 4 business days ago and paid for priority shipping to receive my items in 1-2 business days - I wanted to wear something unique and comfortable for an up coming event. Unfortunately, after trying to phone, whatsapp, and email the boutique, I received no response. I know we all want to support small South African businesses, but with experiences like these - it is disappointing and frustrating. With the lack of response from this boutique, I doubt I will even get a refund for the money spent on shipping.

I absolutely love what I have bought from EMB. They are helpful when inquiring on dress size, available on WhatsApp and very accommodating with courier services. The cotton is quality, the corduroy is beautiful and I think priced perfectly. Love!! Looking forward to my next purchase.
