Supporting a business with kindness and being met with horrible customer service 💔. When people start claiming a brand is for influencers 👀, I see why. I placed an order on the 3rd of September, which I later cancelled on the 4th of September through their refund process on WhatsApp. Even starting that process was a hassle. You call and they don’t have solutions instead they say they’ll get back to you and don’t. Fast forward it’s the 25th of OCTOBER ‼️. Refund ? - I wish, in my dreams maybe. What makes it worse I’ve only received a single email on the 3rd of October stating there’s been delaying in processing refunds and requesting to allow for an additional 10 working day. It’s now been 35 WORKING DAYS IN TOTAL ‼️. The last call I had whoever I called sounded like they just woke up 😭 but they “working on it”

I can’t comment on the quality of the wig, but I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy online. I’ve received the most horrible service, from my order being delayed by a whole month. Now I’m struggling to get a refund, they don’t respond on WhatsApp. I called and was told to send a text on WhatsApp

The service is terrible. The waiting period is longer than the advertised 5 days.The coloured mix blonde wig does not look the same as advertised l received an ugly cheap looking blonde wig i had to pivot,curl and style it otherwise i could not wear it. Although i like some of the wigs i ordered from them. Delivery waiting period is more than a month don’t order if you have a special occasion they will not disappoint. The wig l attached l bought and asked for customisation and that is what they did. I had to take it back and l ended up settled for a closure wig because l knew they would not give me a better wig. The wig was small and it couldn’t reach my ear. I blocked their store so l make sure l never order from them again. And they are no longer at their advertised addressed if you go there you wont find them. Order at your own risk.

I’m very disappointed with Dolce Looks’ customer service and turnaround time. I ordered my Graduation wig on the 3rd of October and have not received it nor a tracking number from them. Never again.

I have been waiting for my unit to get delivered for the past two months.No communication from Dolce Looks, constantly postponing the ETA of my hair.
