    As a partner of a customer who loves Desray clothing, I'd give Desray a five star for clothing design and quality. From a customer service and returns process please sort your process out. A return completed on May 31 has yet to be credited. On inspection of bank statements etc, and no feedback from Desray the follow up call has resulted in a run around, which now has to be resolved. As quickly as one wants to sell the stock, show the same approach in the follow up customer service.

    Bought a few items from the chelsea village shop. Nice looking clothes but quality of the clothes is soooo bad. Bought a Pair of striped linen pants, the zip was broken after being worn twice. Top lost shape after one wash (hand wash and no spin).never spend your hard earned money on this shop. Good looking clothes but quality is rubbish , clothes don't last. If you are going to be an expensive shop then give people quality and NOT Mr Price quality
