In a world where we all wish to be recognized for our unique style and individuality, having the means to make this happen is always the biggest reason that holds us back. Not anymore - whether you have a more comfortable bank balance or someone like me building yourself up cautiously, Designer Concepts can offer you customized statement pieces for every sized home, with the option of paying it off on agreed terms. I had been looking for a couch for a while but could not find anything suitable until I stumbled upon the DC website. I went into the store on a Saturday morning and was warmly greeted by David, one of the floor salespeople. I had so many questions and David realizing that my requirements would not suit one of the “ off the floor pieces.” handed me over to Haashim ( management). If David was patient, Haashim spent almost the next hour “ couch hopping” with me, while he patiently pointed out differences in foam density, and springs, and offered the most invaluable, informative advice on fabrics and cushion lengths that would best suit the L-shaped couch that I wanted. My couch was ready within the agreed 3-week make up time, and Nadia and the team updated me every step of the way. To say that I was blown away would be an understatement – I had never been so happy to own something so comfortable and so beautiful, knowing that this was made especially for me. The team had not just fulfilled my brief - they had created a statement piece that married their expertise with my novice designer ideas, into a lovingly created, stunning couch that proudly sits where it belongs - in my home and in my heart. Thank you Nadia and Haashim and the team at Designer Concepts – I couldn’t have asked for nicer, friendlier people to build a home together with. May the warmth and love you invest in what you create, return to you in abundant success and blessings. Salaams, and much love to you all. Farhana Yones.
