I recently purchased a lounge suite from Demo Dealz in Rivonia, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The pricing was outstanding and offered incredible value, but what truly sets this business apart is its customer service. After purchasing, I ran into a significant challenge getting the suite into my home. Many companies would have considered the sale complete at that point, but the team at Demo Dealz went far above and beyond what I expected. A special thank you to David and Sipho, who showed remarkable patience, professionalism, and determination in helping me solve the problem. Their willingness to assist today, even when it became complicated, was nothing short of extraordinary. As I write this, I’m sitting comfortably on my beautiful new couch, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. It’s rare these days to find a business that combines excellent prices with genuinely exceptional customer care, but Demo Dealz has done exactly that. Thank you, David, Sipho, and the entire team. I PURCHASED A 65 INCH QLED TV HISENSE FROM DEMO DEALS RIVONIA ON TUESDAY ON BEHALF OFF A CLIENT OFF MINE ...I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OFF DEMO DEALS SINCE THERE WERE IN BOKSBURG THE STAFF KNOWS ME WELL ... THE TV WAS TAKEN FROM THE BOX TESTED FRONT OFF ME JUST SWITCHED ON AND I SAID WELL SEEMS FINE..SO I TRUSTED AND LEFT THE STORE SALES MEN DAVID HELPED ME LOAD IT INTO MY SUV WHICH FITS A 65 INCH PROPERLY .. I TOOK THE TV TOO MY CLIENTS HOUSE UNBOXED FRONT OFF THE CLIENT PLUGGED IT IN PICTURE WAS BEAUTIFUL AS QLED SHOULD BE..WITHIN 5MINS THE SCREEN STARTS TOO GO ALL FIZZY WITH LINES...LUCKILY THE CLIENT WAS WITH ME FROM START AND NEVER LEFT... I CONTACTED THE STORE AND TOLD THE SALES PERSON WHAT HAD HAPPENED..HE THEN INSTRUCTED ME TOO BRING IT TOO THE STORE.. WHICH I DID THERE AFTER THEY TESTED IT AND IT SHOWED AN INK MARK AT THE BOTTOM OFF THE SCREEN.. THE MANAGER SAYS THEY CANNOT EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE IT COULD BE WE HAVE BANGED THE TV.. THE CLIENT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OFF ME WHEN WE DID ALL THE TESTING HE AS EVEN SPOKE TOO THE STORE MANAGER BRADLEY AND EXPLAINED THE TWO GUYS WHO ASSITED WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH THE TV AND TOOK EXTREME CAUTIONS WHEN HANDLING IT,AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE INFRONT OFF ME... I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TOO DEMO DEALS FOR A WHILE NOW..I AM NOT BLAMING THE STAFF MEMBERS ..THIS TV WAS DIFFENTLY A DEFECTED TV FROM HISENSE .. HISENSE TV QUALITY SCREENS ARE NOT THE BEST WHEN HANDLING HENCE I TAKE EXTREME PRECAUTIONS WHEN HANDLING THESE TV. I DO HOPE THEY CAN ASSIST ME IN RESLOVING THIS MATTER BECAUSE WE HAVE WITNESSES INCLUDING THE CLIENT THAT PAID FOR THE TV..I LEFT THE TV AT DEMO DEALS.
