Absolutely zero rating ! Avoid custom Jewellery at all costs. I echo other users reports as I experienced this myself. They are a template company and have no capacity for "CUSTOM" they gaslight you into saying 'you' the reason for the project being delayed, yet they only communicate via email and take 1-2 week responses. They say they cater for international clients but wont have more than 1 video call. They cant help you with your design because it deviates from their templates as the in house team of 2, clock off work at 1pm. Worked on a ring for 3 Months going back and forth just to get some clarity on where and what they can and cant do. To then pay deposit in hopes that this will get more attention and feedback to finalise as time is getting shorter as i gave this 4-5 months. Yet after trying to get hold of the owner and manager, this eventually backfired to say I was a difficult client weeks before my engagement which was completely ruined for an overseas trip. Honestly an entitled design team that believes they are the industry pinnacle of design but shake if you ask to deviate a mm from a template. Send me a message and ill share the complete insight with you, if you will even consider them. You can decide for yourself if I'm a difficult client or if their team has zero people or customer service skills and just kids performing their passion of trying to make Bespoke Jewellery.

I am a Spanish girl and a loyal fan of the brand since its beginnings, I'm lucky to have several of their beautiful pieces, (even when they didn't even have an international department!). Last year I got married and I was lucky that my husband bought my engagement ring in Dear Rae as soon as he knew my passion for the brand. He got the wrong size and we had to take it to one of the jewelry stores in our city, always with the recommendations that Dear Rae made to us. Unfortunately the jewelry store in our city (totally external to Dear Rae) ruined our ring and therefore, the damage and emotional stress we had was enormous. When we contacted Dear Rae and told about all this terrible story, they behaved like true professionals and arranged the damage that others had done. They were so caring, loving and generous that we're still (and forever) grateful and touched by their treatment of us. You can tell they're truly passionate about what they do and their human warmth transcends barriers. Thank you so much to the entire Dear Rae, from South Africa to London team, who made it possible for me to have my beautiful engagement ring. You're forever in our hearts!
