If there was a 0.5, that’s the rating I would give. I walked in at the Fourways mall store for the first time, only to meet the most rude sales lady I’ve ever met in my life. She looked like she just swallowed a bucket full of nails, every word that came out of her mouth sounded forced and she was so nonchalant, angry and impatient when I was asking questions about specific garments I was interested in purchasing. I gladly walked out of the store and I said “goodbye”, which was met by a deathly silence from her end, almost as if she couldn’t wait for me to leave the store. That’s it Columbia, it was the first and last time you saw me.

Excellent service and quality- my emails were responded to almost immediately and in store assistant was very helpful in getting us the right jackets

The number on the website for Sandton city isn't working. The number listed for Fourways Mall goes through to another place and the guy says hold on and that he'll transfer me, and then nothing until the call cuts. I call back and it goes through to head office and the lady who answers says she can answer my queries on the rain jackets. When I ask my simple query, she's silent and confused, and says she'll transfer me. The next lady says she can help and also doesn't know anything about the rain jackets. She transfers me to someone else, who again claims she can assist except she doesn't know what I'm talking about when I ask about the technology for the waterproof and breathability. Rain jackets come with info on the mm rating and the breathability rating. She puts me on hold and then nothing. Wow, just wow. Epic fail on the basics, Colombia. 3 calls, almost 10 min, and 4 people later and still nothing.
