    First they send me the wrong item which was of poorer quality and without communicating with me, now I'm still waiting for the replacement which I am considering just turning into a refund, very poor service!

    I had a very bad online purchase with cacell. I ordered an item through bob shop, delivery time 1-3 days. they do not respond to messages regarding tracking info. when calling them they lie, saying it will be picked up and delivered the same day. A week later I cancelled the order. They do not keep stock on all the items they sell online, yet they refer to their warehouse. Since I dealt through Bob Shop, I am able to get my refund with out any issues. Do Not purchase online with ca-cellular.

    Terrible at dealing with insurance claims. False promises, ignoring requests and say they have stock when they don't. All this probably just to get paid by the insurer and using that money for stock purchases only.

    Very bad experience here after receiving endless calls as a reminder for my insurance claim excess Eventually after paying n with no sort of communication I then called everyday for an update with no luck until i request for my refund Its been 2 weeks now of sending emails with no response n calling every single day being taken from pillar to post, I'm sick n tired of this guys, I want my money back. Will report this to my insurance aswell
