What would you say about a store that sells you a kettie with a centering hole in the leather that is as big as the balls they sell with it as ammo? What do you say when you try to return this in the same weekend, in undamaged packaging, and they won't accept it as it was "used"? This even though they admit that it is unusable with the balls supplied.

Rohan made the shopping experience seamless for my partner. Thank you very much Rohan. He even told me about a matching jacket for ladies which will be coming in store, I look forward to seeing it.
