    I am truly disappointed in this company. I placed an order on 25 August 2025 of R700 plus. I never received my order, they dont answer my emails and my invoice number cannot be tracked on their website. Total Rip Off

    I saw BoredBox from PayJustNow, It has been two months since I ordered. No update as to where is my order, No one answer my calls, emails and even whatsapp. Ghost online store

    Scammers - Worst customer service ever experienced. Made a purchase almost 2 weeks ago and the order on the website is pending and no tracking info available to see when order will be shipped. The whatsapp and email are not responding to my concerns

    Complete scam I placed an order on 5 May. After multiple emails to them and false promises from them, it is clear that this company is a scam. Do NOT order anything from them as you will never receive it and be met with excuses when you try to ask for updates on your order. Even after requesting a refund, I did not receive one after being promised one within 7 days. Very disappointed that a South African would do this to innocent people trying to purchase basic necessities at a lower price
