Horrible experience from bed world Edenvale I have ordered the blanket box since the 15th of September and was told that it will take 7 working days a week later I was told to change the color since, apparently now they don't have the colour that I chose. From that week until the 3rd of October they have been lying that the blanket box will arrive at their shop tomorrow, which for sure they think it won't come . Now I just want my refund, and they tell me that it will take 5 working days. One star is for taking my money

Joyce is an absolute star. We bought a exstra length storage base, and I had a million questions, but Joyce answered all of them with patience and grace. She was always helpful and so friendly even after hours. Her work ethic and commitment are top notch. I am sure she must be the heart of this successful business.

Super Happy with the service! Placed an order last Friday & collected my bed on Saturday morning.

I contacted them on Whatsapp confirming stock, the one I wanted was to be available the following week and Joyce recommended an even better Bed for me. She then sent me an invoice and a secure link for me to pay. My bed was literally delivered the next day. I’m very satisfied with the service and quality
