Terrible service and craftsmanship, I received my headboard over a week late, made of cheap material, lines not straight, and measurements, no communication, they ignore emails and messages and don't answer their phones. Manager Solomon apologizes then does the same as his team. Currently fighting for a refund. Avoid

Ordered a bed and mattress protector in August 2026. Bed was delivered on time but have not received the mattress protector. It is now Mid October. I keep getting correspondence it will be delivered.

A torn mattress was delivered on the 5th of September 2026 and I informed them of this issue the very same day. Solomon had advised to replace it by the end of the week. However, three weeks later no replacement was done. They then send sent me an email on the 15th of September claiming that the delivery was made. To make matters worse they are no longer responding. I find this unacceptable! I am taking legal steps.
