Very nice shop with nice clothes. I bought a light green funnel jacket yesterday but when I came home in Malmesbury, I saw stains on the jacket. I am from Malmesbury and can only try to take it back next weekend. What am I supposed to do? Thank you

The staff were really rude and unhelpful. I don’t think I can support this brand if that’s what the customer service is like.

Imagine speaking to a supervisor that has no idea what the number for customer service is or what their email is. I need to return an item and I’m told I cannot get a slip reprint. Mind you all other normal stores do a slip reprint and when I asked about customer service details she said she doesn’t know
