Absolute SHOCKING customer service. I placed a large order (13 items) online 9 days ago and paid in full, trusting the website’s promise of delivery within 1 - 7 business days. None of the items ordered online were out of stock. I sent an e-mail enquiring about shipment 5 days after I placed the order and was told they had to wait for 2 items, but that it should arrive that day. I followed up on the reply immediately, indicating that I needed the stock to reach me by the end of their 7 day shipment promise, and enquired whether they think this would be possible - that was 4 days ago, I still haven’t received a reply. I sent a WhatsApp message yesterday to the business - this message hasn’t even been read yet. After further investigation I discovered that according to other Google reviews this poor customer service seems to be the norm lately, I’m not the exception. Now the nightmare of insisting on a refund starts. If this business can’t even courteously reply to messages or proactively inform clients about delays, I’m not very hopeful for prompt processing of a refund. Avoid if you don’t want to worry about receiving your purchase.

Very disappointing service and extremely poor communication. I ordered a pair of Savannah sneakers as a birthday present for my daughter, based on the stated delivery timeframe of 1–7 business days. Her birthday arrived on the eighth business day, but the shoes had not been delivered and I had received no communication whatsoever about a delay. Only after I contacted Anli Fashion was I told that the shoes had been out of stock in certain sizes and that new stock had only just arrived. While stock shortages can happen, there was ample opportunity to inform me. Had I been notified, I could have made another plan so that my daughter at least had a gift on her birthday. I was subsequently led to expect delivery today. I contacted the business again this morning asking for an update and an approximate delivery time, but received no reply. At the time of writing, I still have neither the order nor any meaningful delivery information. The problem is not simply that the order was delayed. It is the complete lack of proactive communication and failure to keep a customer informed after accepting payment and providing a delivery timeframe. An apology is appreciated, but it does not replace basic customer service and responsible communication.
